panic disorder and agoraphobia?
I suffer with this and have got a STR worker which is basically somebody who goes out doors with me and trys to get me confident out and about again but is there anybody who this has worked for as I don’t know if i will ever get better even though I really want too.
Is there any other way too get over agoraphobia and go out with no fear as I am getting tired of being a prisoner in my own home.
Try to put your mind into something else. Everything starts with what you put into your mind. If you feel there is no fear, it will go away. Try it you’ll see an improvement.
